The entry level has the front door entry and access to the 3rd bedroom en suite that has a traditional Queen mattress plus a Tempur-Pedic queen sofa bed that can be pulled out and up to 4 people can sleep in this lower bedroom. Up one flight of stairs is the main level, with the great room, kitchen, laundry, and the remaining 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has one King bed with en suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has one queen bed with an attached bathroom and full airbath tub. In the living room, there is a 65" tv with full access to Hulu, Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. A full sound system are available to all guests via Sonos. The large La Cantina doors open fully to the patios where you can enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor hillside living above the trees of Los Angeles on our daybeds. We would love to rent to you! Hillside homes have very narrow streets and limited parking on the street. We can fit two cars in the driveway pictured in the first photo of the exterior of the home. Please note: the driveway is steep and a low profile car will have trouble making it up the driveway. The Neighborhood Sherman Oaks is one of the premier suburbs of Los Angeles and is a neighborhood many celebrities call home! The famous Ventura Boulevard is a 0.5 mile easy downhill walk from the house. Eat at one of the great restaurants, shop at one of the unique boutiques, relax at one of the spas, or enjoy one of the many entertainment venues. If you are outdoorsy, there are unlimited urban hikes to take through the hillside neighborhood and access to trailheads for hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains. If you love to cycle, Mulholland Drive is the destination for bike enthusiasts and there are great running paths all around. Other nearby areas include Studio City, Universal Studios, Universal City, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Hollywood. Getting Around In Los Angeles, the car is king. However, our Metro system does exist and our home is very close to it. You can access the bus line at the corner of Woodman Avenue and Ventura Boulevard (5 minute walk from the house). Ventura Boulevard is also nearby and an easy walk from the home. Other Things to Note Come check out Sherman Oaks and the greater LA area by staying in this home! Our home has an electronic lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance. Before and during your stay, we will send you an email that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests.
