The master bedroom is downstairs, the guest/kids bedrooms are upstairs connected by a bridge that is very appealing for Nerf gun battles (we were sure to test this feature enthusiastically). Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen, high efficiency washer and dryer, and storage galore! Come see the house and envision yourself in a relaxing environment that is a short walk or drive from school, work, entertainment, and exercise. A short bike ride will put you on South Mountain to enjoy the largest city managed park in the US. Over 50 miles of trails are a very short distance from your doorstep. We are not a huge company renting this house out, we are a family; we live a couple miles from this house. So if you run into an issue, you don't have to wait for a management company...you call/text me and it gets resolved. We put a lot of care into this house to set it up the way we would want it...easy to care for yet relaxing to spend time.
