Target move-in date of August 14, with strong preference for 12-month lease. Owners pay for water and trash. Tenant will pay for electric, gas, Internet, and cable/streaming TV (as desired). Only small dogs or cats allowed- no larger than 25 pounds- and $50 additional monthly pet fee will be added. Absolutely no smoking in or on the property. Street parking is plentiful, and private parking pad is available for tenant's use in the back of the house. Security deposit equal to one month's rent, along with first month's rent, due at signing, and security deposit returned following move-out and upon confirmation of no damages. Credit and background check required and fee built into application fee, and referral to background check company will take place after initial contact.

Beautiful light-filled home that is ideally located one block from Tower Grove Park and across the street from the best coffee shop in the… neighborhood- Hartford Coffee. Home layout is perfect for young families (that's what we had!), couples, 2-3 roommates- many directions you can take things. The home is a 10-minute walk from all that both South Grand and Morganford have to offer in terms of restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Short drive to both major highways and everything SLU-related. But the neighborhood and the park are the best parts- if you can avoid it, you won't want to drive anywhere else.
