No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Only registered guests are permitted to stay, and adding extra guests beyond the maximum allowed will incur an additional charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. The garage is not permitted for use due to liability, and garage doors must stay closed if applicable. The storage closet must be kept closed and locked. Furniture should not be rearranged. Guests are responsible for reporting any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before departure. Windows should be kept closed for security. Laundry machines should not be overloaded, sandy items should not be washed, and the dryer lint trap should be cleaned. Leftover consumables are at your discretion, and freshness is not guaranteed. Pool rules include: use at your own risk, supervision for children under 16, no use under the influence of alcohol or drugs, showering before entering, no oils, lotions, or soaps in the pool, and no risky behavior. Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
