After this, will be consider an unauthorized occupant. * it is prohibited any illegal activity or business of any type. THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL SPACE. * tennants are responsible for damages caused to the apartment for any lack of maintenance, negligence or sanitation. * halls, stairs, and exit doors have to be clean without obstruction all the time in accordance with municipality. * garbage disposal on collection days is tennant responsibility. * tennant responsibility is to advise to landlord of any hazard in their rented area or common areas. ** complete contract will be presented in person.
