Lease terms

Owner pays for water, sewer, trash, sprinklers, and seasonal yard care. Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, internet, and snow removal. Pet Policy: Preferably no pets, as the yard is not fully fenced. One small, non-aggressive dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Monthly pet rent is $45 with an additional $450 pet deposit.
