RENTAL TERMS Monthly Rent Tenant agrees to pay Landlord monthly rent in the amount of $2,300.00 due on the 1st day of each month. Payments shall be made by through a third party app, Avail Landlords. Lease Term This is a fixed-term lease for twelve (12) months. Security Deposit Tenant shall pay a refundable security deposit of $2,300.00 prior to move-in, subject to the terms of Washington State law.
