Mas vino porfavor! * What's walking/biking distance: (Google-Maps: Rosedale neighborhood) Greenbelt hike and bike trail, parks, bars, cafes, UT campus, lake Austin, SXSW, etc. Practically downtown. * Where I usually have issues with roommates: My place is always clean. If you leave a space dirtier in any way than it was when you came to it initially that's not being clean. I'm very considerate and I would love for you to be too. My preferred AC temperature is 76-78, save the planet yo. * Furniture/decoration: The house is already full except for your room. * Lease: The lease is month to month. 2 month move-out notice.
