Tenant is responsible for mowing, edging, and maintaining the lawn at their own expense. A lawn mower is available in the garage if you're comfortable mowing yourself. You're also welcome to hire someone, or use a local contact that has helped previous tenants and typically charges around $50 for the front and back, I can provide his contact information if you'd prefer him to mow the lawn for you. Tenant is responsible, at their own expense, for clearing snow from the driveway and applying salt to the stairs to ensure safety. The water bill is shared between the house and apartment. The Tenant in the apartment is responsible for 30% of the total water bill, while the Tenant in the house is responsible for the remaining 70%.
