Short term lease 1 month minimum. Pet Policy Notice Well-behaved, potty-trained cats and dogs are welcome with prior approval. There is no monthly pet rent and no additional pet deposit. We take great care to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. To maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for every guest, our property undergoes enhanced cleaning after stays with pets. In addition to the standard cleaning fee, the following one-time, non-refundable pet cleaning fees apply: Cats and small dogs: $300 per pet Large dogs: $500 per pet All pets must be disclosed and approved in advance.
