It's a 10 minute bike to the beach and 2nd St. This is a large, newly remodeled studio with a gas burning fireplace and walk-in closet. There is a seperate full kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave. It has a spacious bathroom with a glass enclosed bathtub and shower. It has a furnished, fenced in patio with an umbrella table, chairs, and lots of plants. The guest house includes heating, air conditioning, wifi, and cable television. All utilities are included.. There is use of a shared washer and dryer. A small dog would be welcome, as long as he/she got along with my dog. $2500 per month, available June 1st.
