It has a brand new kitchen, large fenced-in back yard and walk out basement. The large primary bedroom has its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. The mid century modern home has lots of natural light (2 of the bedrooms are very large). The walk out basement has a second family room and 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom and a utility room that has a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator. It has a single car garage. Quiet times will be from 9pm during the week and 11pm on weekends. You must be a team player and have excellent references from previous roommates. Landlord lives in Iowa City and will manage the situations, one warning and then next time eviction. No party kids, no kidding.
