Please be considerate of the neighbors. 3. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION: - Pet Fee: To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance for our pet-friendly units, a one-time pet fee of $300. PET RULES / GUIDELINES: - We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with hosts prior to booking if you are hoping to bring your cat. - To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet's own bedding or crate for their comfort. - Please pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay and prior to checking out. 4.. QUIET HOURS: - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times. 5. CLEANING FEE: - One time cleaning fee of $300.
