Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and trash service. Tenants are responsible for repairing any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or pets during the lease term. Tenants must maintain the property's landscaping, including mowing, watering, trimming, and general yard upkeep, at their own expense. No smoking is permitted inside the home or garage. Any modifications, alterations, or additions to the home's structure, exterior, or property perimeter (including fences, gates, landscaping, or other improvements) must receive prior written approval from the landlord. Applicants are subject to a rental application, background check, income verification, and landlord reference review. A security deposit is required.
