Great location in the heart of Silicone Slopes, 3 minutes off the main freeway and easy access to Salt Lake City or Provo (20 minutes). Only 10 minutes away from American Fork canyon filled with hiking, fishing, rock climbing and mountain biking.
We're really hoping to find a family who want to make this house their own. We're looking to update the window coverings and paint. Ideally, we'd like to get the next tenants input as to what colors they would like to make it feel more homie for them. Here are all the "extra" details about the place and application process. Lease length: We would love to find someone who wants to make this place their home and stay long term. We are looking for a minimum of a 1 year lease Utilities are not included in rent. It's around $300/month. Parking: We have 2 designated parking stalls included in the lease (1 covered stall and 1 uncovered) To apply, I would need your email, and then I can send you the application form. There is a $65 fee for each adult that pays for the background check. We would need the last 2 months of paystubs. And then your last 2 landlord referrals. If all that passes then first months rent would need to be paid upon signing the lease along with the deposit which is $2,800, $600 of it is non refundable. We know some people don't have all the referrals, paystubs, or need a payment plan for the deposit- so we are open to working with people if we need to.
