This is a short term rental property minimum stay is one month. Utilities are are paid by owner. Parking is free renters have access to house garage. Renters are expected to take garbage cans to curb on assigned days. Deposit fee$500 Cleaning fee: $250 House Rules: Neighbors: This is a rental home in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping it quiet after 9pm each night. We ask for no shoes or food in rooms with carpet. Smoking, vaping or use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any parties. Pet Policy: Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against natural wear and tear it causes to our property by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you on your stay, we allow up to 2 dogs and charge a $250 pet fee. Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
