Lease terms

Flexible lease options are available, from a 1-month stay to long-term leasing. Monthly rent varies based on lease length: 1 month / month-to-month: $2,500/month 3 months: $2,350/month 6 months: $2,150/month 9 months: $2,000/month 12 months: $1,900/month 18+ months: $1,875/month The apartment is rented fully furnished only, and electricity, water/sewer, trash, and high-speed internet are included. Utilities are subject to reasonable monthly usage allowances as outlined in the lease. Move-in costs: Security deposit only no first and last month's rent requirement. Standard security deposit is $1,900. For a limited time, qualified applicants who apply by September 1, 2026 may receive a reduced $500 security deposit. A Jetty deposit alternative may also be available subject to eligibility. There is no landlord application fee. Applicants are responsible only for applicable third-party credit and background screening charges. Pets are welcome with landlord approval. A $300 one-time pet fee and $45/month pet rent apply. Residents are required to maintain renter's insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage throughout the lease term. Maximum occupancy is 4 residents. The home is non-smoking and non-vaping indoors. Smoking/vaping is permitted only outside. Three parking spaces are included at no additional charge. No mandatory cleaning fee is charged; however, residents are responsible for returning the furnished apartment in a clean condition at move-out, subject to the terms of the lease. Subletting, assignment, Airbnb, VRBO, or other re-rental of the property is not permitted without the landlord's prior written approval. The landlord handles routine property maintenance and provides normal maintenance consumables as specified in the lease. For lease terms of six months or less, applicable sales, tourist-development, or other transient-rental taxes are additional when required by law. All lease terms, utility allowances, pet provisions, screening requirements, security-deposit options, and other conditions are subject to the final signed lease.
