Short-Term Sublet | July 29 August 3 This agreement is for a temporary sublet from July 29 - August 3, 2026. Occupancy is limited to the dates specified and does not create a month-to-month tenancy. $1,000 is due in full prior to move-in. Reservation of the apartment is not confirmed until payment has been received and this agreement has been signed by both parties. Utilities: Rent includes all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, trash service, and Wi-Fi. Occupancy: The apartment may only be occupied by the individual(s) listed in this agreement. No additional guests or overnight occupants are permitted without prior written approval. No Pets: Pets of any kind are not permitted on the premises at any time. Property Condition: The subtenant agrees to keep the apartment, furnishings, appliances, and outdoor patio in good condition and to return the property in substantially the same condition as received. Prohibited Activities: No smoking, illegal activities, excessive noise, parties, or events are permitted on the premises. Damages: The subtenant is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear and agrees to reimburse the tenant for repair or replacement costs. Keys & Access: All keys, parking passes, and access devices must be returned upon departure. Failure to return them may result in replacement charges. Agreement Required: The subtenant must sign this agreement prior to occupancy. By signing, the subtenant acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions contained herein.
