This pet-friendly home welcomes a maximum of 2 dogs for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill; receipts will be reimbursed. For charcoal grills, guests must bring their own charcoal. A $250 fine applies for hot tub cleanliness issues; please shower before use, limit use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, use beach towels, and do not add unauthorized chemicals. Max occupancy for the hot tub is 7 guests, with no unsupervised children, diving, jumping, food, drink, glass, or pets allowed. Always cover the hot tub after use and do not turn off the hot tub; the temperature should remain at 100F. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
