Lease Details & Rental Requirements We're looking for tenants who will treat this home with care and make it their own. Lease Term: 12-month lease preferred. Move-In Costs: First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. Additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Application Requirements: All applicants 18 years and older must complete an application, background screening, credit review, income verification, rental history verification, and employment verification. Income Guidelines: Household income should generally be at least three times the monthly rent. Lawn Maintenance: To preserve the curb appeal and appearance of this beautiful corner-lot property, professional lawn service is required throughout the lease term. A lawn care provider has already been selected by the owner to ensure the yard remains in its current well-maintained condition. The tenant is responsible for paying the lawn maintenance fee directly as part of the lease terms.
