LEASE TERM & LOGISTICS Monthly Rent: $1,650 Security Deposit: $1,650 Lease Duration: 12-month minimum. Utilities: Tenant responsible for all utilities (water, gas, and electricity). Maximum Occupancy for this Premises is limited to 6 six occupants. Available Date: July 15, 2026. First month rent and security deposit due at signing. Rent is typically due on the 1st day of the month, and rent is considered late if not paid by the 5th day of the month. Tenant agrees to pay a set late charge of $20/day. No smoking allowed (firm policy) Although we LOVE pets we DO NOT accept them (firm policy). Applicant Summary, Credit Report, Proof of Income, and Background check will be required. Everyone 18 years of age or older who will be living in the home must complete a rental application and pass a criminal background and eviction history screening. Credit and income requirements apply only to applicants who will be financially responsible for paying the rent. All approved adult occupants must be listed on the lease before moving into the property.
