Easy access to I25 and downtown Denver from 38th Avenue. King Soopers, Safeway, and Whole Foods grocery stores close by. Great neighborhood with a mix of new, younger residents and longtime north side families, ample street parking and off-street parking in your own oversized garage in the alley (comfortably fits one car, ie: Subaru Outback, with space for bikes, toys, etc.). Be downtown in about 10 minutes on bike, DIA or mountains in about 30, or hang out in La Raza Park and enjoy the shade and grass or entertain friends at home from the spacious back yard. Front door opens from covered porch to living room and small stairs leading up to two bedrooms. Bedrooms have sloped, non-conforming ceiling, maximum comfortable occupant height is ~6'+, above 6'2" is getting pretty uncomfortable upstairs.
