3rd bedroom is a second master with a new king size bed with luxury linens, and own bathroom (with tub for kid bathing convenience.)
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with gas range, and it is fully equipped with everything you'd need to make a delicious home-cooked meal. Including the basics like spices, olive oil, 4 ways to make coffee (French Press, Pour Over, Drip, Keurig) and tea brew devices.
The cozy family room has a gas stove with 55 inch Roku TV and comfortable West Elm sectional that converts to double bed if needed. This room is light and has a nicely organized office space available for your convenience, and can be closed off from the front part of the house if you need to work a bit before you play in Fort Collins.
The living and dining room has a large farm style table with lots of room to spread out which opens into the front room with large sectional and 55 inch Roku TV. The space is light, bright, and very comfortable.
