About me:
I purchased this studio back in 2014 and absolutely LOVED living here, but moved out to go to grad school and need someone to rent it in my absence.
About the apartment:
Beautiful, sunny studio on Comm Ave (near Mass Ave) in Back Bay, available August 1st, $2,700/month, ALL utilities included (heat, AC, hot water, electric, snow and trash removal, etc. there is even free laundry in the basement). Top floor, rear-facing unit with TONS of light, hardwood floors, high ceilings, lots of storage, and built-in shelving. This apartment comes FULLY furnished: bed (with additional under-bed storage), wall-mounted TV, nightstands, couch, dresser, coffee table, fold-away dining table, chairs, floor mirror, AC, microwave, oven, stove, new dishwasher, vent, and fridge, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans!
About the area:
Although I might be a bit biased, I really don't think you can beat this beautiful, safe, quiet (but convenient) area of Back Bay. The building is steps from Newbury, Hynes Convention Center T Stop, the Charles River Esplanade, and is only a 12-min walk to Fenway Park and 15-min walk to the Public Garden. It's even on the Boston Marathon route, if you're a fan!
