There are AC window units for all rooms and laundry in the basement. The outdoor space includes a front porch, a large sunny yard with a picnic table, and a parking spot.
The house is currently getting freshly painted, and some furniture can stay if desired.

I own the house and I currently live in one of the bedrooms, but I am only in Baltimore part time for work. I'm friendly, but when I'm home I'm usually sleeping, reading or working and you may barely see me. My previous roommates lived here for 3 and 4 years, respectively.
