The Casita is a stand alone unit. This property is two miles on a dirt road I would drive to the cross streets of Calle Breve and Camino Niguel before contact see if you like the area and the roads. This is a rural casita but very clean and new inside about 380 sq feet with a 320 sq foot covered deck. Beautiful views and country living. But country living for sure. The house isn't big enough for a dog and if a cat gets out here it will be gone quickly. Know that we do love pets but they don't work for this rental.
