Lease terms

Flexible lease pricing: 1-month stay: $5,500/month 2-month stay: $5,250/month 3-6 month stay: $4,900/month Rent includes high-speed internet, water, sewer, gas, electric, lawn care, and routine snow removal, with utilities included up to $500/month. Tenant is responsible for documented utility usage above that amount. Pets are not permitted. Because the home is fully furnished and offered as a temporary furnished rental, the no-pet policy is not negotiable. Assistance animal requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Tenant remains responsible for any damage caused by an animal. No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. Security deposit: $3,000 Exit cleaning fee: $350 Available beginning October 1, 2026. Applicant screening includes a preferred minimum credit score of 650 and preferred income-to-rent ratio of 2.5x monthly rent. These are guidelines and are reviewed as part of the full application, not as automatic approval or denial factors. Credit score and income are considered along with rental history, background check, reason for stay, number of occupants, verified funds, and overall ability to meet the lease terms. Exceptions may be considered for otherwise qualified applicants with documented savings, employer-paid housing, relocation assistance, insurance housing benefits, home-sale proceeds, or other verified ability to pay. All lease terms are subject to final approval and a signed lease agreement.
