Open concept living room is furnished with beautiful chairs, top grain leather sectional couch with recliners, pillows and lamps. The bar height counter has four bar height chairs and makes for a wonderful conversation spot and along with formal dining room make this a great space to entertain and enjoy friends and family. You will appreciate the three large TV's properly mounted in master bedroom, living room and on outdoor patio. Direct TV, Prime Video and internet is included. This home has a separate office, garage refrigerator, custom garage flooring, indoor laundry with sink, gas bbq, outdoor firepit. All utilities are included with a cap of $50 on electric and $40 for gas. Tenant to pay the difference. Small dog allowed with $1,000 security deposit.
