The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, electric stove top, and a refrigerator with a water and ice maker. It also includes an espresso coffee machine with welcome pods, a tea kettle, a toaster, and other essentials. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, direct access to a full bathroom, closet space, blackout shades, and a TV. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, direct access to a full bathroom, closet space, blackout shades, and a TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with freshly cleaned bath towels and welcome toiletries. Free parking is available, and a pack-n-play is available upon request. In-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. This condo is ideally located in the Miami Design District, offering excellent walkability to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and art galleries. It's a 10-minute drive to Miami's airport and a 15-minute drive to Miami Beach. You can also walk to Wynwood and Midtown. Smoking is not permitted inside units, on balconies, in common areas, or at the amenities. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied if there is smoking anywhere. No unregistered guests are allowed, and only guests listed on the reservation are permitted access. The person whose name is on the reservation must be 21+ to check in. Check-out is at 11 am; late check-out will incur a fee. To conserve electricity, please set the air conditioning to 75 degrees and turn off all lights when leaving the unit.
