About 3900 14th St NW #403

2 bedroom - 1 bathroom apartment with a dedicated parking spot at Randolph Towers (3900 14th St NW) available June 1. The unit has dark hardwood floors, windows in each room, washer / dryer in unit and ample storage - a coat closet (3.4x2ft) in the living room area and another larger closet (3.4x5ft) with built-in shelves in the hallway. Because the building is off of 14th it is incredibly quiet. You also dont hear the neighbors upstairs. The living room area (11.5 x 22.6 ft) also has a bay of windows, one of which has great views of sunsets above Rock Creek Park. The kitchen (4x15ft) has a breakfast bar with granite counters and natural light. Appliances are new, stainless steel and with a gas stove for those who love to cook. Large sized fridge with french doors and freezer in the bottom. The washer and dryer are in a corner closet in the kitchen area. The rooms are large (larger one is 11x16.4 and other one is 11x14.8 ft) and with large closets (2.4 x 11 ft) which are difficult to find these days! Both rooms have a wall of windows. Unit is great if two people want to be roommates or you can make the second room an office and guest room given its size. The building has a reception area so all your packages can be delivered safely. A small Gym is also available. Additionally the building has two elevators for ease of moving in. You can also access a hill facing Rock Creek and have wonderful picnics when its beautiful outside. Only water and gas are included. The price also includes an uncovered dedicated parking spot. Area has lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk. It's about a 8-10 min walk to the Columbia Heights metro or you can also walk to Georgia Ave Metro. There is also a bus stop at the corner for the 54 or 52 bus line that takes you downtown. Send me a email message or text message and we can set up a time to tour the apt. Parking: INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - Assigned uncovered parking in the back of the building. Lease: Duration is for one year and then goes on a month to month basis with a 30 day notice. Fees: Move in fee is $150 to rent the elevator. Pets: Under Pets: Under 10 lbs allowed. One time fee non refundable fee of 150 plus annual building fee $50 per pet. Gym: Building has a gym and requires a nominal monthly fee of $20 with no time commitment. Bike Rental: There is a bike rental space for $10 a month.
