The current tenant is interested in downsizing due to family dynamic changes so just needs 30 days notice to move, unit is otherwise move in ready and updated. Located in Hatboro-Horsham School District! The unit is approximately 1,200 square feet. Included utilities are natural gas heat, natural gas hot water, water and sewer, cooking gas and trash removal. We also maintain all landscaping and there is a small common yard area in the back with a creek running by at the edge of the property for tenants to relax in the warmer months. Unit has been recently renovated and repainted just prior to current tenants occupancy less than a year ago including carpeting in all 3 bedrooms, and new vinyl plank flooring in the living room and dining room. The kitchen has solid natural maple cabinets, as well as stainless steel appliances including gas range, fridge with water and ice dispenser on the door, over the range microwave, a garbage disposal, and a brand new Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen appliances were all just updated within the past few years so they are all energy efficient to keep the electric bill low. The kitchen also features black granite counters! These are coin-op washers and dryers since we do pay for all the utilities that run them but they're priced below laundromat rates to simply offset the additional utility cost they generate. There is a private paved parking lot with plenty of overflow stone parking area. The front of the building has a contractors kitchen showroom/office and our management office. This unit is the entire back half of the building on the first floor. The second floor of the building is 4 separate one bedroom units, two of which are above this unit. First month's rent and one month security deposit required for move-in. Applications can be submitted through Zillow after reaching out to answer prescreening questions. Once you see the unit in person if you would like to submit an application we accept them through Zillow and would also need a copy of each adults drivers license or state issued photo ID as well as one month's proof of income (pay stubs/etc), and a standard application form for each adult applicant. We require no eviction filings on record and no major negative items on your credit such as liens, charged off credit accounts, or late payments over 90 days. We also require gross income to equal 3x the monthly rental amount.
