Included utilities are natural gas heat, natural gas hot water, water and sewer, cooking gas, trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal. First months rent and one month security deposit required for move-in. Applications can be submitted through Zillow and we also require a copy of drivers license or state issued photo ID as well as one month's Proof of Income (Pay Stubs) for each applicant, which can be attached in the Zillow application or emailed. We also require no eviction filings on record and no negative items on your credit such as liens, charged off credit accounts or late payments over 60 days. We also require income to equal 3x the monthly rental amount. If you have evictions or bad credit please don't waste either of our time, we are a small business and cannot afford to take the risks the larger complexes can so our qualifications reflect a stricter standard to avoid risk of default. NO DOGS, only cats allowed with pet fee or deposit. Please e-mail with any question if you meet those requirements and you have any questions or would like to schedule a walk through.
