We also maintain all landscaping and there is a small common yard area in the back with a creek running by at the edge of the property. This unit is being repainted after the current long term tenant, includes wall to wall carpeting throughout the hallway, bedroom and living room. The kitchen is also remodeled with solid maple cabinets, all black appliances including gas range, black energy efficient fridge, black over the range microwave, and a garbage disposal. The kitchen also features black granite counters! The bathroom is well lit, has a remodeled tile floor, tiled tub enclosure and vanity with brushed nickel fixtures throughout.
