Denver is half an hour away, Loveland Ski Area is 45 minutes away, and Red Rocks is a 23 minute drive. Both St. Anthony and Lutheran Hospitals are 29 minutes away. Access to the Beaverbrook Watershed trail system is steps away where you can hike, bike, snowshoe and back country ski. World class mountain biking at Floyd Hill is 3 miles away and some of the best sport climbing crags on the Front Range are 1/2 mile away. 4 wheel drive or snow tires required in the winter, the last 2 miles are a dirt road. Elevation of property is 8500 ft. The unit is on the lower level of the owner's full time residence. No pets, however 1 small dog may be negotiable with an additional deposit. Sorry, no cats due to owner allergies.
