Lease Terms Spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bath upper apartment water, heat and gas included. Private entrance, private off-street driveway parking, and in-unit washer and dryer. Tenant responsible for electric, and internet. Tenant responsible for snow removal of the private driveway. No smoking or vaping permitted inside the property. Drug-free property. Pets not permitted unless otherwise approved by the landlord in writing. Tenant must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and shall not create excessive noise, disturbances, or other nuisances that interfere with neighboring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their property. Applicants are subject to income, credit, background, and rental history verification. Rent paid in cash or check within the first five days of the beginning of the month. Move-in available August 27, 2026 upon request. Lease is subject to execution of a written lease agreement containing additional terms and conditions.
