Spacious eat in kitchen with new gas range, updated bathroom, large master bedroom with walk-in closet.
This unit has plenty of storage along with historic charm. Water/Sewer/Trash included with 12 month lease. Gas forced air heating system, electric hot water tank. This property is not pet friendly and I prefer non smokers for the health and well being of myself and other tenants. Lease is 12 months minimum and requires full payment of the 12 month lease regardless of length of stay.
