Lease terms

1. Lease Term Start Date: July 1, 2026 (negotiable upon lease signing) Duration: 12 months at listed rent; shorter term leases (e.g., 6 months) may be approved at a higher rent. End-of-Lease Notice: Tenant must provide 2 months' advance notice for renewal or termination. If no notice is provided, Lease automatically converts to month-to-month.
