Lease terms

Owner pays HOA dues and property taxes. Tenant pays electric, water, cable/internet/phone. 1 year lease. No parking fees or decals needed. Tenant is responsible for keeping the front planter and back planter area looking neat and free of weeds. Both areas are small and very easy to maintain. Additional fee for a small dog is $300. NOTE: Lease amount is for 3 occupants. Add $100/month for each person over 3 occupants.

- Great kitchen! - 3-1/2 baths! - Walk 1 block to downtown Old Town Fairfax. - Assigned carport right outside the back door. - Great laundry room!… This very spacious townhome has hardwood floors throughout the 1st and 2nd levels, Tile in the bathrooms and basement, plus new carpet in the office / 4th bedroom. Very quiet community with very friendly neighbors. There's a brick patio that has a great elevated 4'x4' garden box and room for a grill and outside furniture. Lots of storage. Including a good size attic! This listing was previously posted but I had so many viewing requests that I was completely overwhelmed. So I raised the rental amount slightly and started over. To get a response please fill out the 'About Me' section as much as possible including as much info as you'd like about your group and rental habits/history.
