Recently painted inside and out, Fully Furnished. Newer appliances and situated on 4 lush wooded acres. Wood stove and stocked with firewood.… Only 14 minuted from downtown Corvallis and downtown Albany. Also very close to several hiking trails and wineries in the area. Set up for chickens with chicken coop if desired. A true country living experience. Message from current tenant: "From your potential housemate: Hey there, I'm Brian. I'm a 33 year old guy who moved here from San Francisco about six months ago. I'm a musician (mainly a violinist, but on violin hiatus right now due to injury so have been doing singing/choir), I like to exercise and get outside (hike, bike, backpack, etc), enjoy cooking, reading, gardening, and watching all the silly birds that come to our bird feeder. I'm spending a lot of my time these days studying for a potential masters program. I'm not a neat freak but do like to keep things on the cleaner side and enjoy living with folks who are proactive about chipping in to keep common areas tidy. I'm usually doing my own thing around the house or out and about, but at the very least I like to keep things friendly and have good communication with housemates, and have made some good friends over the years of living with people when interests/etc overlap.
