Designed as an intimate retreat, this beautifully appointed fully furnished studio features a Queen bed perfectly positioned to capture tranquil views… of Lake Pend Oreille. A cozy sitting area, high-speed internet, and a Roku-equipped TV provide the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure. Radiant heated floors add year-round comfort, complemented by efficient mini-split heating and air conditioning. The thoughtfully designed kitchen showcases picturesque views of The Green Monarch Mountains, as well as Pearl Island. It features a spacious island ideal for dining and a nice work station. Pass-through windows open to the outdoor bar, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, including a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a microwave conveniently built into the island. The spa-inspired bathroom offers a small closet, a stacked washer and dryer, and a deep soaking tub with lake views an inviting place to relax while taking in the scenery. Outside, enjoy both a covered front porch and a private lakeview patio, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the beauty and serenity of North Idaho. This is a rural property, and we want to make sure you are aware of a few important details before your arrival: Trash: There is no residential trash service at the property. Guests are responsible for hauling household trash to a Bonner County Waste Station. The closest facility is approximately 10 15 minutes away in Clark Fork. A dump sticker will be provided for your use at no additional cost. Road Access: Eagen Mountain Drive is a gravel road. The home is located only a few switchbacks up the mountain, but during winter weather, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be necessary. Winter Snow Removal: During the winter months, snowplowing may be necessary depending on weather conditions. We can provide information for local snowplow services. Last season, we did not need to have the road or driveway plowed, but conditions can vary significantly from year to year. Occupancy: This is a cozy, small home with a maximum occupancy of two guests. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. Septic System: The property is served by a septic system. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of what is flushed or put down the drains and to help us protect the system by following the provided septic guidelines. Neighborhood: Eagen Mountain is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Please drive slowly and carefully on the road and be respectful of our neighbors. Highway Access: Please use extra caution when entering the highway from Eagen Mountain Drive. Visibility can be limited, so look carefully in both directions before entering the highway. Deliveries & Mail: UPS and FedEx deliver directly to the property. A mailbox is available at the first switchback.
