Private room on the 1st floor with shared bathroom in a newly renovated house. The room has grey walls with white trimming and black ash vinyl flooring. Full access to all the common areas in the house including living room, dining room, kitchen, pool and patio area.
Down the street from the 47th St Pavilion Shopping Center which consist of a Super Target, Ross, DD Discounts, Bath and Body Works and other retail stores. This shopping center is also has food options such as Chipotle, Yoshinoya, Burger King, Jersey Mikes, Starbucks and many more.
We are also located within 5 min of the South Valley Health Center in case you have any medical needs
