WINTER RENTAL: October 1st - May 15th. All utilities are included, including lawn care and snow removal (snow shoveling is not included). We have installed a full house generator for the peace of mind during our occasional winter storms. Pets are considered, preferably no cats. A non-refundable pet deposit will be required. Furnished rental, stocked kitchen, but no linens, towels or bedding is included.

Grab one of our coolers, some drinks and hop on your beach cruiser for a day at the best beach in Southern Maine or take a short walk across the street and enjoy a five-star dinner at the acclaimed restaurant "Earth" at Hidden Pond. This private home nestled off the road with a quiet landscape we designed with travelers and families in mind. The outdoor space has a gas grill for your cooking/BBQ-ing convenience.
