Orlando is just over an hour away for a feasible day trip to theme parks, and historic St. Augustine is also an hour away for a charming visit.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events may be held in the unit. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. Guests must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement. The primary guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay. Key fobs will be provided for guests to access the pool, hot tub, fitness room, and private beach access. Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement if fobs get wet, lost, or left behind.
