The Seychelles building is situated in a quieter, more secluded part of Daytona, yet it's a short drive to restaurants, shopping, the Daytona Beach boardwalk and Convention Center, downtown Beach Street, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Orlando's theme parks are just over an hour away for a feasible day trip, and historic St. Augustine is also an hour away.
Due to a concrete restoration project, the balcony is currently unusable, and there is a construction discount of 50% off until Spring 2026. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events may be held in the unit. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. Guests must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement. The primary guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay. Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement if any fobs are lost, damaged (i.e. getting them wet), or taken after departure. The booking price includes a property damage protection fee, which covers up to $3,000 of accidental contents damage or accidental property damage. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest. All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the Guest Portal prior to their check-in date.
