Tenants pay for all utilites including water/trash/sewer, gas & electric. The landlord will verify the last 2 years of employment. Applicants should include their most recent paystub and the final one from the previous year with their application. Note: There must be accurate, complete and verifiable information on the application every blank must be completed.
