Living room and separate dining room. Off of the living room is a bonus room with french doors that could be used as a 3rd bedroom. Off of the kitchen is a utility room with included washer and dryer. Central air and heat. Bathtub just reglazed. Pets allowed with a one time pet fee of $200 for cat and $300 for dog. Tenant pays all utilities. All interested must complete an application followed by credit/background check. We have our own application that we use. No vouchers accepted.
