Large space off the kitchen could easily be used for a dining room, play area, office, or an additional family room and includes access to the backyard and a separate large laundry / storage space. (Tenants to provide their own washer / dryer.) Backyard is mostly fenced in but allows access for a small boat and/or trailer to be stored along the side of the home. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Household income 3X monthly rent. Verified by 2+ years of stable income (paystubs, W2s, bank statements). Credit score of 600, or better. A history of past rent payments that have been made on time as verified by current and past property managers. Anyone expected to live in the home or spend the night at the home for more than 3 weeks (combined) in a year's time will be required to be on the lease. (Unless a unique situation is disclosed and otherwise approved by landlords.) All residents 18 years of age and older will be required to fill out an application ($50 fee per applicant). As part of the application process, must be willing to authorize a criminal and credit background check and have acceptable results - which will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in relation to all other requirements. If approved, you will be required to sign a lease to hold the home. A security deposit equal to up to 2X monthly rent and any associated pet fees will be due at this time. First Month's Rent payment must clear the bank prior to move-in. o Up to two non-aggressive Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. (2 small or 1 large.) o Pets must be approved by our homeowner's insurance and you may have to obtain renter's insurance. o Pets must be up to date on all their required shots and be registered. o First pet will incur a $300 non-refundable pet fee plus $20 per month in pet rent.
