Each of the bedrooms has its own door to the large zero scape backyard and tiered patio. The patio has a dining set, gas grill, a large sectional couch, heat lamp, and views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mtn. A laundry closet includes washer and dryer with storage space. There is ample parking on the property as well. Streaming-ready TV (ROKU) and WiFi. Enjoy the "wildlife highway" nearby including, deer, javelina, quails, and rabbits as they meander through this charming neighborhood. With its International Dark Sky designation, Sedona is committed to dark skies preservation. As a result, sky gazing from the patio is spectacular on a clear night. There are nice restaurants, shops, groceries, and trailheads all within walking distance or jump on the Sedona Shuttle. $3600/month - $2,000 security deposit , pets are conditional on a case by case basis, no smoking.
