Private ground-floor bedroom with its own bathroom and private entrance available in a spacious five-bedroom home in a quiet Newbury Park… neighborhood. The renter will have full use of the large shared kitchen and first-floor common areas, along with access to the upstairs laundry room. A dedicated refrigerator is available for the renter in the garage. The backyard has a swimming pool and hot tub, and the garage includes a variety of gym equipment that the renter is welcome to use. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included.. The home is shared with a family - two working professionals and a teen. This would be a good fit for someone who is considerate, friendly and comfortable sharing common spaces. We have a lively but friendly dog and two cats who generally spend their time upstairs. The room is best suited for a student or someone who primarily works outside the home. The renter will have full access to the shared areas of the home. Some storage space is available in the kitchen and garage. Street parking only, but parking is generally easy in our cul-de-sac. No smoking anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in the yard.
