Lease terms

Lease Terms: Minimum lease term: 12 months Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit is required. Tenant is responsible for electricity, natural gas, water, and internet. Landlord is responsible for trash collection and routine property maintenance and repairs not caused by the tenant. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the tenant, occupants, or guests. Property Rules: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Pets are not allowed. No subleasing or short-term rentals (including Airbnb) without the landlord's written consent. Any occupants over the age of 18 must be listed on the lease. Tenant is responsible for replacing HVAC filters and maintaining cleanliness of the property. Tenant must promptly report any maintenance issues to prevent further damage. Alterations, including painting, mounting TVs, shelves, or large wall fixtures, require the landlord's prior written approval. Interior repainting is available upon request for an additional fee, subject to landlord approval. Tenant is responsible for damages caused by the tenant, household members, or guests. Parking: Attached garage plus 3 additional parking spaces. No parking on lawns or in unauthorized areas. Move-Out: The property must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. All keys, garage door openers, and access devices must be returned at move-out. Minimum credit score: 680 (lub inny wybrany przez Ciebie).
