Marijuana - The cultivation, manufacturing, distribution or sale of marijuana is prohibited anywhere in the dwelling, or in the building in which the dwelling is a part, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building, nor shall Lessee permit any guests or visitors under the control of Lessee to do so. Smoking Prohibition - The dwelling to be occupied by the lessee has been designated a smoke-free living environment. Lessee and members of the Lessee's household shall not smoke anywhere in the dwelling, or in the building in which the dwelling is a part, or in any of the common areas or the adjoining grounds of such building, nor shall Lessee permit any guests or visitors under the control of the Lessee to do so. This prohibition applies equally to cigarettes, pipes, vaporizing ("Vaping") devices, cigars, marijuana and all other types of smoke.
