Furnished private room available in chill apartment in Pacific Beach, move June 1 (maybe a few days earlier)
I (M, 37) have a 3BR/2bath apartment in… PB, and I'm looking for 1 person to rent the other large bedroom ($1,550), and one person to rent the smaller bedroom ($1,450). You share a bathroom with one other person (aka the person living in the 3rd bedroom).
The apartment is just one block away from the bay and 10 min by bike from the beach. The place and room come FULLY FURNISHED. Your bedroom comes with a Queen bed, dressers, 2 desks and plenty of storage space. Got a new bed frame in it too.
Washer/Dryer available as well, and we have a small but cozy patio to chill.
You must be clean, responsible, open-minded and in general have a chill vibe to fit in here. This is not a party house.
Monthly cost:
Rent: $1550/$1,450

Cleaning lady: $40
Deposit: $1500
Priority is given to applicants who sign a 1+ year lease, 7 month lease minimum. I also have another ad up for the 3rd bedroom.
